Mr. Kanaksi G. Khimji is the founding member and chairman of Oman Cricket and one of the most prominent Bhatia personalities in the world. He is an indelible patron of the game of cricket and is instrumental in building Oman Cricket from its grass roots to international status. In 2011, he was bestowed with the ICC Development Program Annual Award for Lifetime Service. His outstanding contribution to the growth of Cricket in Oman was recognized and commended by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
